Download the MSI installer and run it. If SmartScreen shows a warning (the build is unsigned), click More info → Run anyway.
Open the DMG and drag Lap to Applications. The build is notarized by Apple. You can also install via Homebrew: brew install --cask lap.
Install the .deb on Debian-based distros (Ubuntu, Debian, Mint), or run the AppImage directly.
Lap is a desktop application — it runs locally and does not require an account or internet connection.
